Seed East Africa Transformation Program – CEO Hopes for Big Impact:

Mr. Dinesh Tembhekar, Managing Director of Lean Energy Solutions (LES) joins the inaugural cohort of Stanford Seed's Transformation Program in East Africa. Lean Energy Solutions (LES) is an energy company based in Kenya and Tanzania. The company, which helps its customers increase efficiency by transitioning their businesses to adopt green energy solutions, was selected by Stanford Seed based on leadership capability and the strength of its business concept. Prior to beginning the program, Mr. Tembhekar shares his hopes in this video for the impact the training will have on his company.
