Robert Siegel: Human Resource Issues in a Startup - As part of the 2015 Stanford Graduate School of Journalism Entrepreneur Symposium, Robert Siegel, a Lecturer in Organizational Behavior gave insight into one of the biggest challenges new startups face. According to Siegel, human resources issues are often ignored as first time managers concentrate on the immediate needs of developing a new product or service. But Siegel says building good HR practices into your company should be part of your strategy from day one.
